My Story
DREAMS BROUGHT TO REALITY FROM THE REFLECTION OF THE SHOWCASE GLASS
Fashion world; fabrics, textures, colors, patterns, forms, the creation process and the realization of my designs... All these are my indispensable, passion and eternal dream.
In my childhood, I used to spend hours in the streets of Alsancak, the district where I grew up, in the first light of the morning, wandering around the shop windows, examining the clothes, and imagining myself in them for a long time. The house I was born in, the land I grew up in, the geography have always inspired me. As I got older, I started changing the clothes I bought with my own unique touches. This process continued over the years. The pleasure of this creation was indescribable. Every single piece I designed was invaluable to me. Now, thanks to fashion, I found a way to express myself.
The awareness of my mother's death in 2019, along with what life has presented to me so far, along with what I have experienced, spurred my desire to realize my dream that I had postponed for years. I'm in the 'Showcase'.
It is a great pleasure for me to present the "KERRY BORG" brand, which I created with the same devotion, to the fashion world, on the 100th anniversary of the establishment of BORG Jewellery, which has been known for its stylish and special designs since 1922.
SPECIAL AND SINGLE
The KERRY BORG brand draws an extraordinary path with its timeless designs that integrate with the person, where creative and delicate details are brought to life with delicate craftsmanship. My brand, which offers products to people in which they can reflect their inner feeling of being SPECIAL and SINGLE with their clothing, is born from the dreams of a little child.
My starting point while creating my brand is to make all women who prefer my original designs experience the feeling of "YOU ARE SPECIAL and SINGLE" while wearing the clothes I adapted for myself in my youth. A large part of the products that make stylish women feel UNIQUE with pieces that are easy to combine and make a difference in my collections against fast fashion trends are produced in limited numbers.
This is a long and difficult journey, one collection ends and another begins... I want to make each new collection more perfect than the previous one, with sustainable design, production and distribution methods. As a designer who believes in imagination and thinks that elegance should be carried with dignity, thank you for accompanying me on this journey where I aim beyond everything I can reach...
COLLECTIONS
In this first showcase, named after my mother "AUDE", I brought together elements that would bring the feeling of naturalness and luxury together. Flying silk dresses, hand-embroidered and embroidered denim fabrics, ruffled trousers, raw woven silk shorts, hand-painted skirts, french lace shirts, silk jumpsuits embellished with Swarovski brooches, cotton jackets, mesh coats, hand-knit leather dresses, handmade buttons... In short, I designed that unique showcase that can be worn both day and night with creative and luxurious touches for all romantic, sophisticated, strong and brave women.
